User agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between the website administration (the "Seller") and an individual (the "Buyer/User") regarding the purchase of license keys and the provision of consulting services for software setup.

1. Subject of the agreement

1.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with a non-exclusive right (license) to use the software (the "Software" or the "Macro") and provides related services, including technical support and assistance with launching the Software.

1.2. Important: the primary value delivered to the Buyer is the service of providing access (a key) and technical consultation on configuring the Software.

2. Risk notice and disclaimer

2.1. The Buyer acknowledges that the purchased Software is intended to automate actions in games and may be classified by game developers as prohibited (Cheats/Macros).

2.2. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for using the Software. The Seller is not liable for any consequences, including:

  • Game account bans (temporary or permanent)
  • Hardware bans (HWID ban)
  • Shadow bans

2.3. A ban in the game is not grounds for a refund, as the Software performs its functions and the ban is a result of the game developers' policies.

3. Warranty and technical support

3.1. The Seller guarantees that the activation key works at the time of sale.

3.2. If the Buyer experiences launch issues, the Seller undertakes to provide assistance.

3.3. Mandatory condition: to resolve technical issues, the Buyer must provide the Seller with remote diagnostic access via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

3.4. Refusal to provide remote access for verification and troubleshooting is considered a refusal of technical support. In this case, the product is considered working and refund claims will not be accepted.

4. Financial terms and Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:

  • The Buyer purchased the "wrong" product by mistake
  • The Buyer's PC does not meet the system requirements (Windows version/build, required drivers) stated in the product description
  • The game updated and the Software received the "Detected" status: subscription time may be compensated (extended), but the money is not refunded
  • The Buyer violated the usage rules (attempts to crack the loader, sharing the key with third parties)

4.2. A refund is possible only if the Software is completely non-functional at the time of purchase due to the Seller's fault, and technical support could not resolve the issue within 24 hours (provided remote access is granted).

5. Software status changes

5.1. The Seller warns that the Software status ("Undetected" / "Updating") is only valid at the time of purchase.

5.2. In case of a game or anti-cheat update, the Software may be temporarily suspended for user safety. Downtime is compensated by adding time to the license. Suspension for updates is not a reason for a refund.
