Payment and delivery

1. Payment and delivery process

Payment on the website is processed through the secure Digiseller gateway (Oplata.info).

We support most popular payment methods:

  • Bank cards
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC)
  • SBP
  • E-wallets

How to receive your product

  1. After a successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the product delivery page (Oplata.info).
  2. A duplicate link with your product will also be sent to the Email you provide during payment.
  3. The product usually includes: an activation license key, a loader download link, and detailed text/video instructions.

Note: if you did not receive the Email, check your "Spam" folder or visit Oplata.info and open the "My purchases" section using your Email.

2. Refund and replacement policy

By purchasing a digital product (software), you obtain the right to use it. In accordance with applicable law, digital goods of proper quality for which access has been granted are not refundable.

We do NOT issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Account ban. You understand the risks of using third-party software in games. A ban is not a warranty case.
  • System incompatibility. If you purchased the product without reviewing the system requirements (for example, you have Windows 7, but the software only works on Windows 10/11).
  • "Bought the wrong item" / "Changed my mind". A refund is not possible because the key has already been disclosed to you.
  • Detection. If the software status changes to "Detected" or "Updating" after purchase, subscription time is frozen and compensated, but the money is not refunded.
  • Violation of terms. Attempts to crack the loader, sharing the key with third parties, or abusive behavior towards support will void the license without a refund.

A refund is possible ONLY if:

  • The product is not working (invalid key) at the moment of purchase and support could not provide a replacement.
  • The software does not start on your PC due to our fault, your PC meets all requirements, and you provide support with the ability to assist remotely (AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
