This Agreement governs the relationship between the website administration (the «Seller») and an individual (the «Buyer\/User») regarding the purchase of license keys and the provision of consulting services for software setup.<\/p>\n

1. Subject of the agreement<\/h2>\n

1.1.<\/strong> The Seller provides the Buyer with a non-exclusive right (license) to use the software (the «Software» or the «Macro») and provides related services, including technical support and assistance with launching the Software.<\/p>\n

1.2.<\/strong> Important: the primary value delivered to the Buyer is the service of providing access (a key) and technical consultation on configuring the Software.<\/p>\n

2. Risk notice and disclaimer<\/h2>\n

2.1.<\/strong> The Buyer acknowledges that the purchased Software is intended to automate actions in games and may be classified by game developers as prohibited (Cheats\/Macros).<\/p>\n

2.2.<\/strong> The Buyer assumes full responsibility for using the Software. The Seller is not liable for any consequences, including:<\/p>\n

  • Game account bans (temporary or permanent)<\/li>\n
  • Hardware bans (HWID ban)<\/li>\n
  • Shadow bans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2.3.<\/strong> A ban in the game is not grounds for a refund, as the Software performs its functions and the ban is a result of the game developers’ policies.<\/p>\n

    3. Warranty and technical support<\/h2>\n

    3.1.<\/strong> The Seller guarantees that the activation key works at the time of sale.<\/p>\n

    3.2.<\/strong> If the Buyer experiences launch issues, the Seller undertakes to provide assistance.<\/p>\n

    3.3.<\/strong> Mandatory condition: to resolve technical issues, the Buyer must provide the Seller with remote diagnostic access via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.<\/p>\n

    3.4.<\/strong> Refusal to provide remote access for verification and troubleshooting is considered a refusal of technical support. In this case, the product is considered working and refund claims will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

    4. Financial terms and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n

    4.1.<\/strong> Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n

    • The Buyer purchased the «wrong» product by mistake<\/li>\n
    • The Buyer’s PC does not meet the system requirements (Windows version\/build, required drivers) stated in the product description<\/li>\n
    • The game updated and the Software received the «Detected» status: subscription time may be compensated (extended), but the money is not refunded<\/li>\n
    • The Buyer violated the usage rules (attempts to crack the loader, sharing the key with third parties)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4.2.<\/strong> A refund is possible only if the Software is completely non-functional at the time of purchase due to the Seller’s fault, and technical support could not resolve the issue within 24 hours (provided remote access is granted).<\/p>\n

      5. Software status changes<\/h2>\n

      5.1.<\/strong> The Seller warns that the Software status («Undetected» \/ «Updating») is only valid at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

      5.2.<\/strong> In case of a game or anti-cheat update, the Software may be temporarily suspended for user safety. Downtime is compensated by adding time to the license. Suspension for updates is not a reason for a refund.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
